This category B Aviation Legislation module details the legal framework in which Part-66 Licensed Engineers work. It describes the development of UK European and International Aviation Legislation and states the principle responsibilities of the UK CAA, EASA and ICAO, describing the relationship between them and other Aviation Authorities. The module explains Part-M, Part-66, Part-145, and Part-147 and Part-CAT and describes how they inter-relate the legislation relating to each.
